Shipping policy

Order Processing
Orders are processed Mon–Fri, excluding holidays.
Please allow 1–3 business days for processing before shipment. During launches or promos, processing may extend to 3–5 business days.
Shipping Methods & Transit Times
Important: Nail polish is a flammable liquid (limited quantity). Most carriers require ground-only shipping. Air shipping isn’t available for these items.
Contiguous U.S. (48 states + DC): Ground service, typically 3–7 business days after dispatch.
P.O. Boxes: Ground shipments may be routed via USPS; timing is similar.
AK/HI/PR & U.S. Territories: Currently not available for polish due to air restrictions.
International: Not available at this time for polish products.
Rates
Flat rate or calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Free shipping threshold: Orders $X+ (contiguous U.S. only). (Set your number.)
Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking email once your order ships. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to update.
Delivery Issues
If your tracking shows delivered but you can’t locate the package, please:

verify the shipping address,

check with household members/neighbors, and

contact the carrier.

We’re happy to help guide you, but carriers are responsible once the package is marked delivered.
Damaged or Leaking Items

Oh no—if something arrives damaged, email photos within 48 hours of delivery to support@lustforlacquer.com (outer box, inner packaging, product). We’ll take care of you with a replacement or store credit according to availability.
Address Changes

Enter your address carefully. If an order is returned due to an incorrect/undeliverable address, we can reship to a corrected address once additional postage is paid.
Split Shipments

Orders with preorder or backorder items may ship in separate packages.
Sustainability & Packaging

We use protective packaging suited for fragile, flammable liquids and recycle materials where possible.
